This photo is a photo capturing Christina Sanchez who is known as Catrina Christina was born out of love and passion, and also was a happy accident. My dad died in 2004 from cancer. I was in a deep depression and I happened to learn about the Dia de los Muertos tradition. As a Mexican-American photographer and educator, I have a unique ability to capture the essence of life through my lens, conveying stories that words simply cannot. Specializing in portraits and culture, I effortlessly capture beauty, emotion, and soul with my camera. Based on the border between San Diego and Tijuana,
